The ILM leadership and management qualifications consists of a wide variety of modules covering key elements of leadership and management with no mandatory units. This breadth and flexibility allow us to tailor the qualification to reflect your organisational needs as our case studies illustrate.

Through our partnership with Oak Tree Management & Training we offer the following range of qualifications

Level 3 Leadership and Management – Award, Certificate or Diploma

These qualifications are ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing their leadership and management skills. They particularly support practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

Level 5 Leadership and Management – Award, Certificate or Diploma

These qualifications are designed for practising middle managers, helping them to develop, their skills and experience, improve performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities.

We appreciate that not all organisations are large enough to run an in-house course and so we have put together a Level 5 Open course programme based on the modules found to be most popular locally.
